Production Technique
Aluminum silicate fiber felt is
manufactured with flint clay as main ingredient through
melting , fiberizing (an adequate amount of cementing
agent is added in the process of fiberizing),solidification
in solidification chamber and cutting .The whole process
is fully PLC controlled and the product is formed in
one continuous process.
